M&L Designs — Return & Refund Policy

At M&L Designs, every order is prepared with care and intention. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Crystals must be unaltered and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, email us at mldesigns002@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We happily exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Start an exchange the same way as a return — just let us know what you'd like instead.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Digital products or downloads
- Crystals that have been cleansed, charged, or used
- Customized or personalized items
📬 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
