Each crystal is unique — minor differences in size, color, or shape are natural and not considered defects.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.
We accept payment through Shopify's secure checkout. M&L Designs does not store your payment information.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Processing times and shipping estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates only — M&L Designs is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
