At M&L Designs, we prepare every order with care and intention. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

⏱️ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. M&L Designs is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.

Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotions. Check our website for current offers.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at mldesigns002@gmial.com.

📬 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. M&L Designs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mldesigns002@gmial.com — we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

M&L Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or find a resolution.

🔄 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will make it right.
